I cannot close the lid properly. Why does this happen?

Scenario 1: Containing hot liquids

Reason: This could be due to high pressure when containing hot liquids. 

What to do: When containing hot liquids, allow them to cool for at least 3 minutes before placing the lid on. When attaching or removing the lid, always open the opening to release the pressure for a more effortless lid-opening experience.

Scenario 2: Rubber seal not properly placed

Reason: When washing, the rubber seal may be misaligned. 

What to do: Ensure that the rubber seal is aligned correctly. 

Why are my drinks not cold/hot for the duration as advertised?

The advertised "24hrs cold and 12hrs" hot are tested in controlled environments. Subject to an individual’s lifestyle and environment, the surrounding temperature varies and, as such, will affect the product's potential. If the user constantly opens and closes the lid, the temperature will also be affected. If the rubber seal is not fit properly or is misaligned, this will affect the performance of the product as well.
