Arctic Smart Flask is more than your usual flask. Apart from having an in-built advanced sensor being a thermos flask with temperature indicator, its material is made using 304 High Quality Stainless Steel.

The superior double-wall insulation enhances the insulation capabilities of the tumbler. It can keep your drinks cold for up to 24 hours and warm for up to 12 hours.

Even the filter net is made using 304 high quality stainless steel to filter out tea leaves or fruit pulp for you. The design of Arctic Smart Flask gets better; With its leak proof silicone ring and an anti-slip base, it ensures no leakages will occur when accidental spills happen. Its 500ml capacity is also just the right amount for you to bring your favorite drinks out.

Cleaning: Do not soak the lid in water as the battery is in-built into the lid. Wash it with neutral detergent and water. You may also use a cleaning brush (avoid using abrasive materials). Do not place it in the dishwasher for washing.

Can I wash all the items in the dishwasher?

No, as the items are not dishwasher safe.

Why are my drinks not cold/hot for the time as advertised?

The advertised ‘24hrs cold and 12hrs’ hot are tested in controlled environments. In actual lifestyle, the temperature keeps changing, so it will affect the product's potential. When the user keeps opening and closing the lid, the temperature will also be affected. 

Do ensure that the rubber seal is in place too.

How long is the battery life?

It depends on how often you use it. But typically, the battery life lasts at least half a year, while the average service life is around 1 year. 

After the battery is depleted, can I change the battery?

You are not able to remove the battery. So you can either use it as a regular flask after the battery is depleted, or you could get a new lid to replace it. 

Can I soak the lid in the water while washing?

It can only be soaked and rinsed for a short period of time as there is a battery in-built into the lid.
