Directions on usage:

-Always ensure that the rubber seal is properly aligned or it may pose problems in closing the lid properly / may cause spillage. 

-For hot liquids, when attaching or removing the lid, always open the opening to release the pressure so that the lid can be opened/closed properly.

Can I wash the Arctic Flipseal Tumbler in the dishwasher?

No, it is not dishwasher-safe.

Can I use Arctic Flipseal Tumbler over the stove?

Strictly no using over heat sources. What was shot in the show was strictly for demonstration purposes. Arctic Tumbler is only meant for keeping your drinks/food warm/cold.

Why are my drinks not cold/hot for the duration as advertised?

The advertised ‘24hrs cold and 12hrs’ hot are tested in controlled environments. Subject to an individual’s lifestyle and environment, the surrounding temperature varies and will affect the product's potential. If the user constantly opens and closes the lid, the temperature will be affected largely too. If the rubber seal is not fit properly or is misaligned, this will affect the performance of the product as well.
